Hi everyone,

Cracks and holes in my S90's (driver side) headlight caused it to fail inspection. It's presently taped-up and works fine, but I can't put off replacement any longer. Here's the problem: I know how to unbolt the light unit, but the headlight-wiper shaft is caught in the little opening in the plastic bumper covering, so how do I remove and refix the bumper cover without ruining its smooth appearance? Or this is a "for pros only" job?
