If you have or can get maintenance records, go over them with a good service advisor.
I would have a dealer check the car out, for two hours labor they can check everything including compression. Have them change the plugs if needed (no labor charge)
If the car needs any repairs, prioritize them with the advisor.
If the car needs no immediate attention, I would have the oil changed, go about 3,000 miles then do 120,000 maintenance including a change of any fluids that need it.
This would be about 10,000 early, but the car would be up to snuff.
