Well, it's a volvo not a fiat, but that said
I'd change the fuel filter and all fuel related
rubber. Fuel leaks at 36psi are super uncool.
Even if it looks good, it may well not be. Also
you may have rust in the fuel tank.
Otherwise, I think the standard practice is to
put a squirt of ATF or similar high detergent
oil into the spark plug holes then move the crank
with a wrench or crank the motor without the spark
plugs firing to oil the piston walls. I'd also do
the other normal stuff like change the oil and
oil filter.
The biggie though is the fuel lines. Those will
leak and make a big fire and kill the car in a
heartbeat. Maybe worse. There are also maybe
rubber fuel hoses under the car near the tank.
