Your B21FT does not have a harmonic balancer. The harmonic balancer is used on more sophisticated designs, but these more sophisticated designs have maintenance issues with the harmonic balancer. Your B21FT also has a four counterweight forged crankshaft, while the B230FT has an 8 counterweight cast crankshaft. The 8 counterweight is an improved design, but the forged crankshaft is stronger.
