Join the club,
My aux fan came on for the first time ever today while idling in traffic at 102 degrees. The A/C was a little warmer than usual. Do the math though, you have a car trying to keep itself cool, hard in traffic no breeze and 102 out. Then you put the burden of making it cool you down.,.....hehehe, too much hot air, and the fan should be triggered by too hot of a cooland temp.
