Sparkplug Torque 200 1990

Measure with a torque wrench as you tighten. Apply a bit of oil before inserting and tighten to about 20 ft/lbs. Not sure what you mean by 30%??
Experienced mechanics will tighten by "feel" and not bother with torque wrench. Do not overtighten however.
