If you decide to go the route of buying new calipers here is my story:

Had to replace the rear calipers on my 240 last spring. The left rear was hanging up. I recommend FCP of Groton. Rebuilt ATE calipers for $39, great service and a 1 year warranty. No pads so you can choose your own. I got PBR's @$15??? It has been 5 months and everything works great!
