Having said that, it appears that you have multiple problems. High NO usually comes from a vacuum leak; high HC from a rich mixture (contradicting the first). See the 700/900 FAQ for ideas under engine performance. Check fuel pressure regulator, ignition system components, O2 sensor, and the intake system for vacuum leaks.
