No start 200

Hi,
I had a intermitent no start problem for over two years. Replaced scads of stuff. I finally gave up and took it to a dealer (gasp!!). The old mechanic speaking with a heavy swedish accent said, " Oh, yah, it vas de engine speed sensor. Doe's tings go after a while".

Apparently the engine speed sensor is part of the fuel management system. If it goes, the system does not know how much gas to send.

I'm not a mechanic, in fact I am quite inept when it come to things mechanical.
But, the problem went away.
