B20 vs. B18 140-160

In addition to what John said, the B20 can be bored bigger, also has
better valvestem seals. Some have neoprene seals on the front and rear
of the crank (but updated seal housing and timing cover can be put on
any B18 or B20 to use neoprene seals).
The latest B18s and all the B20s also have an aluminum lower
bellhousing reinforcement that most of the B18s don't have.
