Where is the EGR in the FAQ??

Unless you get a diagnostic code or suffer from idling problems, you can ignore it. I've got four of them on four cars and the only malfunction I've ever had was a faulty EGR temp sensor. If you want to clean it out, you can remove it and take it apart.
