Sure, you can switch... use amsoil, or mobil 1 or use someone's generic recycled oil. Just keep changing it and you won't be back here asking questions about how to replace your engine.
I would think that FIFTY oil changes up to this point, would indicate you're already doing something right, so why deviate?
