intermittent no start 200 1983

Yeah, the relay is first suspect. However, there may be another. There is a check valve back with the main pump that's supposed to hold fuel pressure between uses. When it gets weak, then the first start doesn't catch b/c fuel pressure has drained back and has to be built back up. Second start gets it. Mine does it, sometimes.
