ECU Code 1-1-5 900 1995

It may be that the 95 960s only give a 115 code instead of the 113 and or 115 code in the 92 to 94 960s. That code should mean that the injectors quit either all of them or just one group. The earlier codes indicated 113 for injector group 1 and 115 for injector group 2.

Ground connections are very important in the Monotric system as that is how the injectors operate by ground them at the right time. One possibility is that the power is not getting to the injectors. There is a relay on the drivers side near the large connector(at least is this way on the 92s) that provides power to the injectors. Make sure that is working properly especially at the plug. I had a problem with the red connector at the plug and the engine would just quit when ever it felt like it giving 113 and or 115 codes. I could always restart the engine but only after I turned the key to the off position and then restart the engine. It took almost a year to find the problem and I finally found it myself after numerous trips to a repair shop and hundreds of dollars later.

If you are a DIY person and you don't have a wiring diagram for the 95 spend the money and get one and also one for the monotronic systems especially if you are going to keep the car for any length of time. Intermittant problems are a PITA.

Good luck and keep us posted on what you find. It could be something that no one else as experienced.
