It's definitely possible to do. I carried my B20(with head/carbs) from the bench in my shop, about 150ft up to my car and that's up and down a few small hills and 3 steps by myself. @-3 guys could do it without blinking. As for rebuilding the motor...... Cleanlyness is next to Godlyness. :-) Wash often, keep the parts clean and dry, and if you have questions ask.... It's a pretty simple motor.
