HELP!!! kickdown cable problem 200

Right now i am installing a new kickdown cable on my 1990 volvo 240dl. In the step where you use a screwdriver to keep the wheel from moving, i disconnected the cable from the transmission, and the screwdriver fell out, now i cannot get the wheel to turn to attatch the new cable please any help is greatly appreciated!
