dead o2? or temp? update 700

just took her out for a test drive and got it warmed up and when i parked in the drive way it was still surging a little bit. so i decided to fiddle a little bit. and i poped the hood and unpluged the o2 sensor and the ilde eavened out.
so i went back and pluged it back in and ba-da bind it's surging agin (alot less when warmed up) any thoughts.
and thanks to every one who has helped me so far
