Engine compression and rebuilding 700 1989

I got a B230 engine with a high compression of 110 psi and a low of 75 psi. The car is slighty sluggish but definitely tolerable. I was wondering if a rebuild would be a good idea. This would be an impossible task for me to take on with my minimal mechanic skills. If someone could give me some advice or a price range, that would be great. Thanks in advance.
