You can get pretty good power out of a B20 without spending a
mint. You can get really good power out of a B20 if you do spend
a mint. The numbers quoted by john parker for his supercharger
system indicate 200+hp with lots of money and almost no added
weight.

If you want a fast volvo, find a 164 with a manual transmission.
