Sport shifting: Unknown.
Double clutching: Already explained in excellent detail.
Power shifting: (back to my muscle car days...) High RPM with clutch in. As you quickly release the clutch (basically just let it snap up) slam the accelerator to the floor and never let up on it. As the engine gets about 1000 RPMs shy of redline, all in one motion, slam the clutch to the floor, the shifter to the next gear, and pop the clutch again. Whole process should take less than a half second. Proceed through the rest of the gears in a like manner.
Speed shifting: Same as power shifting except you let up on the gas as you shift.
Word of caution!!!! High stress on clutch and transmission, and best performed on a full wallet. Additionally, works best on a car with a bit better horsepower to weight ratio where the point of least resistance is the tires and the asphalt as opposed to a brick.
As been said already, "...destructive, don't..." But, you asked.
Just my $0.02
