There are four studs that the seat rails bolt on to. You can adjust the height a little by threading the front nut down further. You'll want to thread the front nuts all the way down, put the rail on, then put on the top nuts. In other words, the rail is sandwiched between the two nuts, and the two nuts are adjustable. Get it?
I have a smaller moto lita wheel and it fit with no problems. You'll need the right hub that fit the splines on the steering column. Also, make sure the steering column isn't adjusted down further than normal. It's possible to rig it up that way. There are brackets undeer the dash that are suppose to hold it in the proper position.
