Does it run/idle ok once running. Does it miss or anything? What error codes have you gotten? I had the exact same problem with my 16v. I turned out to be a connection on the FI relay a.k.a noise supression relay. It is also interchangable with the blower reley right next to it (hard to tell the difference make sure you swapped the right one). Check the grounds on the fuel injectors while your at it. They are the 3 brown wires that come together on the fuel rail.
