Looks a little high, according to Kelly Blue Book (www.kbb.com, a great resource for getting rough appraisals) the book value is around $17,500, which would lead me to expect a price around $15,000. Go in armed with a printout from Kelly's site and you'll have lots of ammo for driving a hard bargain!
