Check with just about any British car parts joint... Millions of british cars were made with 2 bolt 1 3/4" SUs, many of which used the pancake filters... Anything from old Jags, MGs, Austin, triumph...should work.

Looks like they have some nice chrome filters for ~$20 each....specifically:

Those may or may not include elements, so you best ask. Or they have a bunch of more expensive options as well...
