Do you know how you tell the diference between a pre production and main production delorian?

easy..

remove the door lining and see if it has a baking tray (steel!) marked co-op welded into the door skin to brace it....if so its a PRODUCTION one...

(I was informed of this by a delorian nut who had found it and tracked down one of the guys in the factory who spent his life welding them in....)

oh...and the ford rs2000 stearing gear is really pants aparently...
