I've been in NYC at 8AM and 5PM rush hour traffic, through Boston, Hartford, you name it Washington DC Philly etc... Now where have I seen such lousy drivers than here, not to mention that I lived here 2 weeks before my car was totalled by a nit wit not paying attention and plowing through my car. Driving slower doesn't do any but attract tail gaters flashing their high beams at you so they can go 80 in the right hand lane. The other day I had a guy pass me on the right and 2 of his wheels were on the side walk. Crazy drivers are the norm here in Raleigh.
