I plan on doing the same in a couple thousand miles. I will do the tensioner and water pump while I am in there. I refuse to pay a dealer to do the job and I want to make sure that what is supposed to go in there actually will!

I did everything including removing engine and trans in my old 244, but the 960 is a bit of a different bird.
