valve noise? (and quick update on car)

I had the same problem (valve noise). A friend of my told me it could be because of a dirty or old fuel filter giving more fuel injector noice (pressure or flow related.

Changed the filter out (was Fram -PO- at least 80k miles old, now org Volvo) and it might be just my wishfull impression, but the tapping seems to be a lot less. In fact I would say even the Idle is realy quiet now.

Worth investigating I think.
