Hi or Low

Yeah, i just did this whole thing about 6 weeks ago. Got to be a pain in the ass but the hoses should go as such:

Bottom of head---hose to lower heater control valve part---hose from heater control valve to lower firewall opening (this leads to the heater core)---hose from upper firewall opening (coming from the heater core) all the way to the other side of the head close to the water pump.

So, to sum it all up, i'm pretty sure that your set up it correct. If your not getting the car heated up all the way, you might have busted the thermostat or you might have a heater control valve that is constantly opened. Are you refering to the car not heating up or the air going into the cabin not heating up all the way?

Hope it helps.
