Dry traction is fine. I drive pretty conservatively around town, but I run hard in the hills and the Q's have never felt uncomfortable.
They are a bit noisy, but that's normal for snows.
Driving on snow feels like driving on a dirt road, no problems.
Normal ice is a cake walk, only time they have been squirly is when we had a hard driving freezing rain on top of 4" sheet ice, and I still got home ( a fully chained up, loaded salt truck slid out and flipped over a few blocks from the house)as soon as the rain slowed down and it started freezing again, we were good to go.
