Fuel Injection Test Kit ??? (J.C. Whitney)

David- It's a 84 245 B23F, bleed down is the next logical choice. All of the basics are fine, the low summertime power could just be from the difference in air density, because it runs like a champ right now since the weathers turned cool. I want to take a look at the fuel pressure just for peace of mind. After reading down your list of possible causes I came across something interesting, (radio suppresion relays resoldered?) thats a new one, tell me more.
