DIN Adaptors for Dashboard Radio Mounting

Crutchfield have a fitting kit with the bit to cover the gaps left by a DIN sized radio in the upper dash, but it is for an LHD. I reckon that some nice company in the U.K. could source me an RHD one.

Why can't we all drive on the same side? It would save an awful lot of trouble.
