problem fix!!! It was the fuel pressure regulator!

Symptoms: 1.Idle ramping up/down +- 200-300 rpm when in park/neutral
2. running rich.

I should have checked the fuel pressure first but didn't have the gauge. It took a while to solve the problem( 3 weeks ) but for now all is well. The car was in outside storage for 5 months so maybe the caused the regulator to malfunction? the car has only 210,000 miles.
