rear demister switch (button)

Depends on the market. My copy of the preliminary 85 WDM shows that the US and Canadian markets got the system with a relay (that keeps the defronster on for about 12mins) and a 'momentary' switch (so yes, this type should pop up immediately). From all outward appearances other markets got a simple on/off switch. I believe both switches should have bulbs in them to indicate when the defroster is energized.
