Cluster Problems

The temprature gauge fluttering (usually associated with simmilar fuel gauge behavior) could be a malfunctioning voltage regulator on the cluster, which is easy to cannibalize from your previous cluster.

The voltage meter sounds interesting, but I am not familliar with how it interconnects or functionally operates.
