??? $3500 ???

For a used 740 engine? This can't be USD...

A clean B230FT with harness sold on ebay a month ago in Texas for 51$.

For 3500:

buy a new/rebuilt Chevy 350 for 2500$
Use the remaining 1000 for parts and etc.


A rebuild on a B230FT shouldn't cost more than 1500$ if your engine isn't totally toast.
