Car (seems) to run like a champ!

Okay, finally got the valve cover back down and my new timing light hooked up. Car started right up. After letting it warm up the timing appeared to be about 3-4 deg BTDC. I adjusted it to 12 deg and the RPM appears to be correct.

750-800 RPM w/no AC
950 w/AC

I know I sound nervous about the job but it is my first one. I must have read the Bentley section on this task 10 times. I am a helicopter mechanic by trade and I don't like to make mistakes that no one can afford. And in this case no lives would be lost due to a botched job. Just money. (Can't afford that either! LOL)

I haven't driven the car yet as it's still up on jack stands. I still have to replace the rear brake pads, the brake fluid, fuel filter, and front struts.

If I have problems with it on the road, rest assured that I'll post again!

Thanks again to everyone who helped!

-Chris
