power seat switch harness

It would be easiest for you if you removed the seat which is not difficult. You could then easily remove the two bolts that hold the switch cluster in place and disconnect the multiplugs. Then just pull everything out and replace. It is very easy but with the seat fixed in the car, you can't realy se very much.
