16v - Code 2-3-2, Code 2-2-1, no power above 4000RPM

pulled the #1 fuse for about a minute.... Restarted the car, ran REALLY rough (with REALLY low vacuum), until i depressed the accelerator pedal for a while (and the Check Engine light came back on, 2-2-1, big surprise)... Idle went from extremely low and rough, right back to where it was ( around 1000 to 1500 RPM)... Tomorrow i will try and check for vacuum leaks in the intake tubing etc...
