Mystery Control ressure regulator connection

The hose I was questioning is the vent that is on top. I figured it out thanks to the vacuum diagram that volvo so thoughtfully placed on the underside of the hood. fortunately while i was looking down there i found that the check valve to pressure regulator hose was disconnected.
