rough ride 700

To check for vacuum leaks, fill up a spray bottle with soapy water. Set to mist. Start the car. Spray all around the intake side. Get right up next to the intake manifold, lift the intake duct and spray under it. Be thorough. When you find a leak, it will stall the car a bit. If you fiddle with anything, do another check before you conclude your project to make sure you didn't jostle something loose.
