Steve nailed it. I have seen some people pay over $100 (IPD is about $50).
With your VCOA dealer discount, around $70-80 at your local dealer...

A couple hours and a new fan belts should have you out of there at around $200....

But it's pretty easy..........a little tricky for the heater tube...
