Voltmeter question 200

I would rely on what your had meter shows, the dash ones are known for being inaccurate, they are simply a reference. 14 volts is excellent. It is possible your gauge is slowly going bad, but I don't know how to tell if it is. Also, cold weather makes everything read a bit off.
