could be cat or O2 sensor 700 1986

if you're running rich, it could cause the rotten egg smell. same deal if the cat goes out. there's a way to test the O2 sensor, i think it is in the FAQ. as for the cat, try banging on it a tiny bit when the car is off and cold. use a rubber mallet or something but don't bang too hard. see if you hear anything. if you hear stuff rattling around, it's time for a new cat.
