Do you have a spark? I've had similar problems some months back when I changed the FPR only to get further trouble soon after - turned out to be the hall sensor. When cranking, after a no start, check the tach for flicker - if its dead suspect the hall sensor, otherwise check other ignition parts eg coil, leads, rotor arm, dist. wiring, you know, the obvious stuff. Post again if no result.
