Hi Brandon,
I hate to rain on your day but I afraid it's probably your heater core. I have a 97 965 and at 79K it was replaced. One of the middle tubes had sprung. I had a shop do my as I just wasn't up to doing it myself and it was $800. Ouch. Good luck. I also have only used volvo coolant the life of the car. Boy was my mechanic pissed as he did the whole job and buttoned it up only to find the dealer had sent them a defective core. It was even scratched on the core where the leak was (discovered by prev. mechanic) but the dealer just put it back in stock.
