total 965 and V90 production - information directly from Volvo:


960 Estate/Wagon
90-91 (90 model year): 4401
91-92: 5189
92-93: 4420
93-94: 3375
94-95: 9752
95-96: 8988
96: 5494

V90
96-97: 3203
97-98: 5864

Chassis numbers are not available to me. The main answer is that 9067 cars were made with a V90 badge. Not many at all.
