Warning Chime

The chime is a blue relay-like plastic box very near the gas pedal. You can put several layers of tape over the little speaker grill in its top to mute it.

But if it's constantly chiming, it's trying to tell you something -- the question is, what?

Try resoldering the pcb inside the chime. It might be a bad solder connection. This is a problem that seems to plague ALL the Bosch and Hella relays.

The chime warns of unused seat belts (with key on), key in ignition (with door open), all brake lights failed, and..... what else, folks??
