Reset the CEL and where is the flame trap?

I have a 1990 240 with idle problems. How do you reset the CEL and where is the flame trap. Also, where is the airflow meter. I cannot find it in the Haynes manual I have.

If anybody is bored, what is the best way to check for vacuum leaks if the hoses seem OK. I have one hose that is loose, but not cracked?
