Blower motor - replace resistor and switch too ? 200

I think the only way to go is to yank the dashboard and do it that way. Although there is more procedure involved, it saves you time in the end.

But whatever... either way you look at it, you would HATE yourself if you didn't replace the resistor. The switch is not that big a deal. But a dead resistor (for some reason the old ones seem to die when you couple them to new motors) would mean a COMPLETE tear-down again. Which would suck.
